Terms and Conditions
Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 you have certain legal rights, when making a purchase. In addition to your legal rights, this section provides further information of our own policies and procedures in terms of delivery of goods, refund policies and returns policy. You can download our full set of Terms and Conditions here
We invest heavily in stock which enables us to deliver next day, in most instances. However, we quote standard delivery between 3 - 5 working days unless otherwise stated by one of our representatives. We reserve the right to change delivery times at short notice, but this is rare.
We give you 7 days from the date of placing your order in which to ‘change your mind’ about your purchase. If you wish to cancel your order within this time please let us know. Once you have returned the goods to us we will issue a full refund on the goods within 14 days (any carriage charges will not be refunded in this instance). If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging complete with paperwork.Returns Procedure:Send an email to email@example.com stating your invoice number and the reason for return. In the event of the goods arriving faulty or damaged we will contact you to arrange a suitable time for collection and issue an RMA number that will need to be written on the invoice and returned. If you have changed you mind we will issue you with an RMA number which you must write on the invoice before you arrange to return the goods. Returns must reach us within 28 days of the refund/exchange request.
